Reminder Car rally Sunday 8th May

Dear all,
The Club’s next event is a car rally hosted by our Club President Mr Geoffrey Goodban on Sunday the 8th May.
Please meet at the Club at 10am for a fun drive around the countryside with your 4 wheels or 2!
Please let myself or Lisa know if you will be attending and we will pass details onto Mr Goodban.

Reminder Arabian evening hot fork buffet Saturday 14th May

Dear all,

A reminder for this event.

Details for the Arabian evening on Saturday 14th May are as follows:

Arrive for 6:30pm, to eat at 7:00pm.

There will be a belly dancer in attendance to provide entertainment throughout the evening.

Price is £25 per ticket – please email / call or else use the sign up sheet on the Club noticeboard. Guests welcome!

The deadline for tickets will be Friday 6th May.

Hot fork buffet menu is as follows:

Main course:
North African tagine chicken
Spicy rice
Fattoush (crunchy light salad)

Desserts:
Sahlab (milk pudding) with Ghraybeh (butter cookies)
Arabian bread pudding
Basbousa (semolina cake)

Coffee and mints
